The Güde chef's knife from the FRANZ Güde series has a forged blade of 21 cm worked in special chrome-molybdenum-vanadium cutlery steel. The cherry wood handles are fastened with three aluminium rivets. The wide blade of this knife is suitable for all kinds of work: chopping onions and herbs, chopping vegetables, fruits or meat.
