The VL45 ProS single zone protable refrigerator will operate as fridge, freezer. Each side power-cycles independently. The lids can being able to open either side, or just lift straight off, makes things so much easier. They are light weight, but super solid. It has removable baskets, which makes transport that much easier. The interior is actual aluminum sheet metal. And the cooler remembers the power state (and settings), for example, if you have it plugged in the car and stop to get gas, when you start your car, the cooler resumes cooling without having to turn it on.
